1. DELIVERY and SHIPPING TIME
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Please allow us 9 – 12 business days to process your order.
Note, that this is an average processing time, so some orders may be performed quicker and occasionally little slower than the times stated.
We ship from Monday 08.00. AM. till Friday 07.00.PM. All orders are shipped from Poland, Europe. When the parcel is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
We ship via DHL, UPS and Standard Registered Post via Polish Post. You can choose the delivery option during the checkout.
Delivery time usually takes;
USA and CANADA: 4 – 7 working days via DHL Express or UPS and 8 – 14 working days via Standard Registered Post (from the date of receiving the shipment confirmation).
EUROPA: 3- 5 working days via DHL Express or UPS and 5 – 9 working days via Standard Registered Post (from the date of receiving the shipment confirmation).
OTHER COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD: 8 – 17 working days via DHL Express and 10 – 21 working days via Standard Registered Post (from the date of receiving the shipment confirmation).
The shown above it is an estimated delivery time and sometimes could take longer. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
2. IMPORTANT NOTE
Delivery service provided via DHL Express and UPS requires a signature of the recipient on delivery. If you are unavailable, please authorize a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.
We can’t cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a neighbor or in front of your door), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the parcel. For your safety and security we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
You will receive your order in one package if possible. We reserve the right to deliver your order in multiple packages if it contains bulky products. This is no disadvantage for you since we pay for the additional shipping costs.
The price payed for the products shall be as shown on the website (www.annamaratti.com).
Prices presented on the website (www.Maratti-Collection.com) include Polish VAT (23%), but excludes delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance.
Payment shall be made by you only by the means specified on the website (www.Maratti-Collection.com) and shall not be deemed to be made until we have received cleared funds in respect of the full amount stated in the order.
Payment for all products can be by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro and Electron. We also accept payments via PayPal.
Only one promotion code can be used per order.
We do not issue gift cards for Maratti-Collection.com
4.DUTY AND TAXES
EUROPEAN UNION there are no import duty charges.
OTHER COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD: Any taxes, duty or customs fees incurred on shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed.
5.RETURN AND EXCHANGE DETAILS
We wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the items purchased. We have a 30 days exchange and return policy. After this period, we no longer allow exchanges or returns. Return or exchange item must be returned in unworn/original condition. Once the item are accepted back into stock you will refund you the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
We take great care to display colors but we cannot guarantee a device’s display will be completely accurate. The individual color settings of your screen may mean a slight variation in colors.
All deliveries and services of Maratti-Collection.com Anna Cieślik (hereafter Maratti-Collection.com) through the online shop shall be dealt with exclusively on the basis of the general terms and conditions at the time of the particular order. Maratti-Collection.com acknowledges conflicting conditions only if we have expressly acknowledged them in writing.
8. CONTRACT CONCLUSION, CONTRACT LANGUAGE, AND CONTRACT TEXT RECORDS
The presentation of merchandise in the online shop is a non-committal invitation to order goods. By clicking the “Buy” button, you declare that you wish to purchase the ordered goods. When we receive the offer to purchase, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with which we confirm that we have received your order. It does not constitute the acceptance of your offer to purchase.
A purchase agreement is only concluded if we explicitly declare acceptance of the offer to purchase or if we ship the goods without prior express declaration of acceptance. The acceptance period within which we can accept your offer to purchase is a maximum of 3 weekdays.
The conclusion of the contract can be effected in English.

We consider obvious errors, translation errors, mistakes in writing, misprints or calculation errors occurring while offering products or processing orders to be non-binding.
10. RESERVATION IN THE EVENT OF NON-AVAILABILITY
Availability of certain goods offered in our online shop cannot be guaranteed in special events. We therefore reserve the right to cancel the service in the event of non-availability. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments that have already been submitted.
In the case of defects in delivered goods, statutory rights apply.
The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute settlement, which is available at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in this dispute settlement process.
